Taste: Cant really Judge
We’ve already eaten at the airport’s lounge, so my husband just wanted ShiSha, I merely ordered a sweet dish called (Othmalliyeh عثملية), it wasn’t good though, I also had (Lemonade with mint), so I cant really judge by a mere sweet & drink.
Seating: Indoor & outdoor seating available, we’ve chosen outside for the wonderful view, a full panorama from the fountain, it was also quite, not much crowds on the upper floor.
* Siraj سراج *
Cuisine Type: Emirati/Syrian + ShiSha
Taste: Excellent
We ordered (Siraj Potato) as an appetizer, it’s sooo tasty, I was already stuffed from that alongside their delicious (Pita Bread) before even the main dish arrived, which was (Shrimp Machboos مجبوس ربيان), I’m very picky when it comes to Gulf cuisine as my mom is a master at it, so usually restaurants aren’t on a par with mom’s cooking, however, Siraj’s Shrimp Machboos *Shrimp & Rice* passed with flying colors, I totally recommend Siraj, there are still sooo many things on the menu I must try *Cries*.
Seating: Indoor & outdoor seating available, we’ve chosen outdoor again for my husband’s ShiSha purposes lol, it was nice from the ground floor, not too busy, unfortunately we couldn’t see the fountain, I had to get up & walk just a little to watch, however, the seating & atmosphere are worth it, you can walk a bit when the fountain starts then come back, it’s not far, I included a video which I’ve walked from Siraj to the fountain, as you can see it took 15 sec.

Cuisine Type: Multi-Cultural + ShiSha
Taste: Cant really Judge
Prior to Dubai Mall, we had our share from food in the cinema, followed by Nero Caffe, so my husband only wanted ShiSha, I cant recall what I ordered but I think it was something fried, maybe (Fried Calamari), also a piece of (Cake), they have million kinds of cakes that look so delicious, then again I’m in no position to judge.
Seating: Indoor & outdoor seating available, the indoor is kinda of weird to me, it’s like an old style furniture which is not to my liking, we sat outdoors, it’s such a busy restaurant, we had to wait almost an hour to get a place outside, it has a direct view of the fountain from the upper floor.
* Five Guys *
Cuisine Type: American
Taste: Excellent
My 1st Five Guys ever was in USA, I think I ordered a (Cheese Burger with all veggies but without sauce), 2nd time = Dubai Mall, I got a (Cheese Burger with Mushroom & Grilled onions) cant recall if I had sauce or not, anyways, here is the combination I’ve chosen in Toronto, which is the best so far (Cheese Burger with Relish, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions & A1 Sauce).
Seating: Indoor & outdoor seating available, I’d avoid indoor’s because it’s full of GCC, outdoor area is okay, however, there are bushes next to the table (Plant phobia lol) also, it’s kind of far from the fountain, I mean you can see it but it’s not like Abdel Wahab’s view, I included a video of the actual distance.
* Social House *
Cuisine Type: Multi-Cultural
Taste: Bad
Mom & I have chosen this place just coz it wasn’t busy, we ordered (Halloumi Fries), it was cooked & ready but has been left on the table next to the chef for 15 min, they seem to have forgotten it, the funny thing is literally serving us the COLD Halloumi, it was FULL OF SALT, we told them we’re not eating it, (Social House Lasagna) was our main dish, I DISLIKED it greatly, I mean come on you’re not supposed to go wrong with Lasagna lol, I’m betting other stuff wont taste good as well, I also ordered an awful (Iced Coffee), so NO recommendation from me whatsoever.
Seating: Indoor & outdoor seating available, I’ve chosen inside as outside’s tables are engulfed in PLANTS, inside was more quite, not crowded.
* SAMMACH سماج *
Cuisine Type: Sea Food
Taste: Bad
I was craving pasta so I ordered sea food pasta, it’s the worst pasta I ever tried, merely ate the calamari pieces, we ordered an appetizer (forgot the name), didn’t like it also! the 1 thing that was “okay” is their Iced Spanish Latte. (PS: I threw up when I got back to the hotel), not to mention that they have a very bad service, I had to get up myself to get a waiter to take our order, then we went inside ourselves to pay, apparently to the waiters of this place, we do not exist lol, so never again.
Seating: Indoor & outdoor seating available, we sat outside, ofcourse I had to go myself & bring a waiter to clean the table prior to sitting, despite the fact that it’s a ground floor, the fountain view is very nice & near.
